colocar uma colher de sopa de \u00f3leo e dar uma refogada na cebola at\u00e9 dourar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a refogada.<\/li>\n<li>Desligar o fogo.<\/li>\n<li>Num copo colocar o leite, as gemas e o amido de milho e misturar bem.<\/li>\n<li>Acrescentar na panela com o espinafre cozido e cozinhar at\u00e9 engrossar.<\/li>\n<li>Misturar delicadamente as claras em neve e numa forma de vidro untar e colocar a mistura.<\/li>\n<li>Assar em forno m\u00e9dio a 180 graus Celsius por cerca de 25 a 30 minutos,
